1. All Star, untuk saat ini istana tidak menerima tokoh 2D. Maksimal kelahiran noble yaitu tahun 2007 yang diperbolehkan singgah.2. One soul, one registry. Pastikan tiada wajah yang tengah terseret dalam pemboikotan.3. Maximum 125 following, termasuk akun base serta fellow nobles.4. Wanna talk with other outsider fellow? Remember, it is reply only. Diperbolehkan berbincang dengan teman di luar istana tapi dilakukan hanya melalui reply.5. No aliases shall be used, keep thy gracious name. Diharapkan noble tidak menggunakan nama selain nama panggung atau panggilan resmi face claim.6. Let no drama enter these halls! Seluruh noble diharapkan selalu saling menjaga ketenangan istana dari segala huru-hara; termasuk saling blokir, unfollow sepihak, melakukan sindiran, circle in circle, hingga pertemuan reuni yang memecah suasana.7. No mentions within the royal halls once the live game begins. Jam no mention akan berlaku ketika terdapat live game, hingga permainan itu berakhir. Noble hanya berkenan untuk berinteraksi dengan QRT.8. Only one renewal of persona is permitted throughout the castle journey. Noble hanya diizinkan 1x merubah face claim sepanjang istana ada. Adapun temporary swap diperbolehkan paling lama 2 hari.9. Each noble shall weave at least 10 conversations with 10 fellow nobles. Untuk acuan unverifikasi, noble setidaknya harus menjalin sedikitnya 10 percakapan dengan 10 noble berbeda.10. Unverification or withdrawal of noble titles: berlaku bila noble AFK selama 2 hari penuh tanpa memenuhi interaksi harian, atau satu hari setelah verifikasi tanpa keterangan.11. Mengambil inspirasi dari istana Eropa kuno yang penuh pesta dansa, jamuan teh, hingga perang takhta, Rosengard hadir dengan aktivitas harian serta event mingguan yang akan membawamu seolah-olah hidup di dalam dunia kerajaan.
ᅠBersama Rosian sebagai bangsawan, kami siap menyambut setiap Roselite yang ingin ikut menuliskan sejarah baru di dalam catatan istana selama 14 hari. Setiap minggunya akan ada kenaikan gelar bangsawan berdasarkan poin etiquette yang di peroleh.

Noble Ascension

ᅠNoble Ascension Day, yaitu hari di mana para bangsawan berkumpul untuk kenaikan gelar kebangsawannya yang akan dilakukan setiap hari minggu setelah pesta berakhir. Seluruh noble akan memulai dengan gelar bangsawan yaitu Count & Countess, setelah itu akan memiliki hak untuk mendapatkan kenaikan gelar apabila;ᅠNoble memiliki poin etiquette paling banyak setiap minggu, urutan kenaikan gelar bangsawan yang akan didapat yaitu: Marquess & Marchioness > Duke & Duchess (gelar paling tinggi di Rosengard).ᅠNoble yang mendapat kenaikan gelar pada setiap minggu, namanya akan berada di hall istana (weekly schedule) selama seminggu penuh. Adapun hadiah istimewa tambahan lain yang didapat yaitu:
